Ellen Alderson is an artist who has lived in the Arkansas Delta all her life. This is where she gets her inspiration for her original artwork. Her "Delta Series" depicts the soul of the 'ole south. She has won various honors including "Best of Show" and her work has been displayed in many juried artshows.
She also paints portraits, animals, religious scenes, and specific settings (such as homes, buildings, and landscape). Her artwork consists of the following mediums: oil, graphite, water color, and pastel. All of her artwork is original and she does not produce duplicate prints. However, you can commission a painting that incorporates the artist's unique style as shown in the gallery venues. A choice of medium is also available.
